Ring purchases are not refundable because each ring is handmade, to order. We are happy to work with you in advance to ensure your satisfaction with your order. Please be sure to review our suggestions for accurate sizing prior to purchasing your ring. To exchange a ring for another size or style within 1 year of purchase, please visit EXCHANGE.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will work with you, as we guarantee customer satisfaction. Rings returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

To re-size a ring purchased over one year ago, please contact us for a cost estimate.
