Every piece of Naturaleza Organic Jewelry is handcrafted in our Louisville studio using sustainably sourced hardwoods and 100% recycled metals. Because our wood wedding rings are made to order, the following policies explain our production timelines, exchanges, and care guidelines.

TURNAROUND TIME

We fulfill all orders in the order in which they are received unless the order is rushed. Please contact us with any questions about timeline and let us know if you have a specific deadline. Our current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from the time the order is placed.

RUSH ORDERS

Many times we are able to accommodate rushed orders and we are happy to do so. If you need to place an order and need it in less than our current turnaround time (see our home page for accurate estimate) we request a $50 surcharge per item plus expedited shipping (if necessary). US Express shipping is available at checkout.

RING SIZE EXCHANGE (Resizing)

Wood rings typically cannot be re-sized like metal rings, they must be re-made. We know that fingers can be difficult to size and can change over time and offer an exchange policy. Please read all of our information about sizing carefully to prevent mis-sizing. Rings may be exchanged for a $65 exchange fee. Custom rings may be subject to an additional fee. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Your satisfaction is our priority. Every piece is crafted with great care and attention to detail. Naturaleza Organic Jewelry is completely handcrafted using natural materials, therefore you may experience a slight variation in wood grain and color. Please communicate any specifications clearly when you place your order and let us know if you have any questions.If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, items may be returned for store credit and/or a cash refund minus $65 exchange fee (for rings only) within 30 days of purchase, and in original condition. Shipping is non-refundable. Normal wear-and-tear will not be refunded. Custom designs, gemstone or diamond rings, rings with engraving, or Mayan Numerology rings may not be exchanged or will be subject to an exchange fee based on the amount of work involved.

REPAIRS and MAINTENANCE

Wood rings may require occasional maintenance such as polishing or re-sealing. We are happy to perform maintenance for a lifetime if the customer covers the cost of shipping.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped to the address provided at checkout unless we are notified otherwise. When your item is shipped you will receive a notification with tracking information. Each piece is nicely packaged in an ecofriendly 100% recycled jewelry box with a natural fiber ribbon and business card. Ready to give!

International Orders

International customers are responsible for duties and customs fees required by their country. The shipping carrier handles the customs and duties fees if applicable. You will be contacted by if you owe any duties or fees.
