I lost my wedding ring while I was swimming in a lake. I contacted Amy and explained what happened. She was great, she had a record of my ring that was originally ordered seven years ago. I was able to get a replacement quickly and easily.

Paid more than what was asked for to have a ring resealed and after a week and several attempts to reach out for the next steps, I’ve received no response. Plan to get the money back through my bank I guess. Hope to receive at least an explanation at some point. Very disappointed since they were responsive until I actually sent payment.

Amy and Marlon were amazing to work with in creating our unique weeding band with dogwood and piano wire. I have a love of nature and especially native trees. And my partner is a professional pianist. They were able to combine these and create something that is perfect. Their communication and collaboration with me was so great. Such a good experience and I would highly recommend them to others.

EXCELLENT family run business. Craftsmanship on my wood ring was perfect. Aftercare is a HUGE plus that you can trust them and they will help out. I took advantage of this and was very pleasantly surprised. They will be my first thought for anything ring-related in the future. Truly a gem of a U.S. small biz.

We love the rings--the design is beautiful and the crafting is fantastic. I also have to shout out to the customer service--we crossed wires about the design originally, and even though the misunderstanding was almost certainly on my end, they remade them without any hesitation when we explained what we thought we'd asked for. Of course they want people to be happy with the results, but they had every right to be thorny about that and weren't. I appreciate that very much.

I ordered a custom made ring and it was exactly what I had imagined. The process to design it was seamless and communication with Amy was always easy and very fast.
Amy and Marlon even went the extra mile to accommodate me with my delivery request during their busy summer period.
